Our SIL Housing Vacancies
At Solid Holistic Care, we provide various shared accommodation options for people living with an intellectual, physical and psychosocial disability in a nurturing and safe environment whilst building independence. Our disability group homes are located across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and Port Stephens.

Property Type:
Located in Belmont our Jasmine SIL home offers 4-bedrooms with built in robes.
3 large communal living spaces, shared kitchen and bathroom.
The large backyard is fully fenced.
Age and Gender Suitability:
- This property is best suited to a female participant living with a psychosocial diagnosis, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury & funded for support care ratio of 1:3.
- A small dog lives at the home
Bills and Rent:
- Accommodation for SIL funded participants: 25% of DSP and 100% of Rent Assistance.
- Boarding for SIL funding participants: 50% of DSP and 100% of Energy Supplement.
What the Participant needs to provide:
- Participants moving in using SIL funding will need to provide their own bedroom furniture.

- 24/7 Support Team with 24/7 Sleepover

- Assistance with Daily Living, including personal care

- This home is completely furnished in all communal spaces.
